Tommy Williams has been a licensed general contractor since 1980. He has extensive building experience in residential and commercial jobsites as both a contractor and site superintendent. My name is Evan Gheesling and Iām excited to join the Mountains To Sea Inspections team. I acquired my Home inspection license in 2022. Prior to jumping into the home inspection industry, I started my career in the pest control industry as a Branch Manager and WDIR inspector and also have a background in residential construction. I have lived in the high country since 2018 and currently reside in Watauga county with my family, and will be working in the high country for all your home inspection needs. As an inspector with Mountains To Sea Inspections, I will be specializing in Home inspections, WDIR inspections and a variety of other services.
