Radon Testing in Boone
Lets face it, Radon Gas, a odorless, and colorless gas, and its impacts are well documented and more home owners and home buyers in the Boone NC, and other WNC areas are becoming aware of how easy it is to perform radon testing in Boone. While passive charcoal tests are available for little expense, we use RadonPro Digital Radon Gas Monitors for a higher level of accuracy. Our digital monitors will sample the air column every hour to measure for radon gas concentration, relative humidity and temperature. These digital monitors also allow us to determine if the test has been tampered with during testing.
The public is also becoming more aware that the mitigation for radon gas is extremely successful in removing, or at least lowering, the levels of this very harmful gas. However, before you can mitigate you need to know its there and at what concentration. Pricing is $550-$650, is determined by location and may have to be adjusted after the order is requested.
